Master Classes

Learn from practitioners shaping the global faith-at-work movement.

Mission2Monday Master Classes give participants access to the best Christian practice in the ministry areas that match their own focus — taught by leaders with a track record of distinctive impact, and explored together as a global community.

Why master classes

Improving the quality, reach, and impact of your faith-at-work initiative.

Master Classes exist to connect the Mission2Monday network with proven practitioners — not abstract theory, but tested frameworks and the relationships to put them to work in your context.

Distinctives

What sets a Mission2Monday Master Class apart.

Taught by leading practitioners

Each session is led by a thinker or practitioner with a track record of distinctive impact in their sphere.

Foundational principles, tested practices

Clear teaching on frameworks and practices that have proven transferable across cultures and contexts.

In-depth, collaborative exploration

Time built in for participant reflection, peer exchange, and questions that go beyond the headline content.

Globally co-hosted

A Mission2Monday host pairs with an international co-host chosen for expertise in the topic at hand.

Focus areas

Where master practitioners can help you go further.

Topics are chosen to match the work participants are already doing — from a single organization to a city, a sector, a church, or a seminary.

  • Envisioning and equipping workers across stages and sectors
  • Building a faith-at-work ministry inside a single organization
  • Building a faith-at-work ministry or ERG across a multi-site organization
  • Building a citywide faith-at-work ministry
  • Building a workplace-sector-focused ministry
  • Integrating work discipleship and mission into church life
  • Integrating workplace discipleship and mission into seminary training

Format

Two formats, shaped by the material.

Each master teacher chooses the format that best fits their subject and how participants will learn it.

One 2-hour session

A complete arc — framework, 45 minutes of core teaching, small-group reflection, three focused exploration areas, moderated participant contributions, and Q&A.

Format B

Two to four sessions

A 90-minute orientation open to all, followed by in-depth exploration sessions limited to twelve participants per region for those who want to go deeper.
