Where faith goes to work

Mission2Monday is an international faith at work alliance where faith goes to work. We are all working to accelerate faith at work as a movement, and Mission2Monday serves and supports you in uniting Christians across the academy, local congregations, workplace ministries, and frontline practitioners. Together, we are restoring the full impact of work lived out as worship.

Mission2Monday is a 21st century expression of the 1st century Church in the workplace.

One alliance.
Four converging streams.

The Academy

Scholars, professors, and researchers shaping how faith engages the disciplines.

Local Congregations

Pastors and congregations equipping disciples for their Monday-morning mission.

Workplace Ministries

Organizations and initiatives that collaboratively connect Christians to advance God's Kingdom through work.

Frontline Practitioners

Christians in every vocation living out their calling across organizations, industries and communities.

Why now

Across continents, the Body of Christ is coming to the same realization – believers should no longer feel like they have to park their faith at the door when they walk into work. Instead, the workplace is seen as a mission field. Scholars are returning to the doctrine of vocation. Pastors are exploring how to equip their congregants in being faith active at work because practitioners are searching for methods to weave faith into work life and whole life. Workplace ministries are exploring how to work together more collaboratively.

The pieces of a global movement already exist. We need you to help us weave them together.
