About Mission2Monday
An alliance pointing to Jesus as the center of gravity for faith at work.
Pursuing Movement

The Great Commission charges Christians to make disciples of all nations. In this pursuit, the Church has grown dramatically over the last two thousand years. However, the percentage of the world's population identifying as Christian began to decline starting in the 20th Century.
In contrast, the Early Church grew rapidly as a movement, with the workplace as a primary arena for spiritual formation, contribution and expansion. Recognizing the fruit in these roots, Mission2Monday is pursuing a 21st Century expression of the 1st Century Church at work.
Together, let's turn the world upside down again.
What we believe
Four convictions.
- 01
Vocation is sacred.
Every honest calling bears the dignity of partnership with God's ongoing work in the world — from the boardroom to the classroom, from the warehouse to the home, from the playing field to the missions field.
- 02
The Sunday/Monday divide is a wound to be healed.
Faith is not a private compartment. We labor to mend the fracture between worship and work in the lives of ordinary believers.
- 03
No single sphere can do this alone.
Scholars need pastors. Pastors need practitioners. Ministries need scholarship. We move at the speed of trust between us.
- 04
The movement is global.
What God is stirring transcends any one continent, denomination, or industry. We listen across borders and learn from the global Church.
Global Leadership
Steered by voices from every sphere.
Mission2Monday is accelerating faith at work as a movement, through a global alliance encompassing the academy, local congregations, workplace ministries and frontline practitioners.
Our Steering Team and International Advisors are building an infrastructure for practical, sustainable support services on a global scale. We envision a day when the Church unleashes the complete contribution of faithful working Christians for the flourishing of the world.
Steering Team
International Advisors
The International Advisory Council will ensure that Mission2Monday remains rooted in the lived realities of the global Body of Christ, not the perspective of any single nation or culture. These trusted leaders will bring wisdom from the spheres and regions where God has placed them, helping us listen well, steward faithfully, and serve a movement that is truly worldwide. Their counsel will keep the alliance accountable to the Church across continents, and attentive to how the Spirit is moving in every corner of the workplace.
